A private client portal for every booking
Your client gets one link. On it they see their functions, timings, venues, what they have paid, what is left, their albums, and the agreement they can sign online — without downloading anything or creating a password.

Why studios need it
Most of a studio’s day goes in answering the same four questions on WhatsApp: what time should we be ready, how much is pending, when will the photos come, and can you send the agreement again. Every answer is somewhere in a chat that nobody can find.
A client portal puts all of it in one place that is always up to date. When you change a timing in Photo Sathi, the client sees the new timing the moment they open their link.
How it works
You add the booking in Photo Sathi — client name, event, dates and the payment plan.
The portal link is created on its own. You send it on WhatsApp in one tap.
The client opens the link on their phone. Nothing to install, nothing to remember.
What the client sees
- Schedule — every function with date, time, venue, a map link and which of your team is covering it.
- Payments — each installment, what is paid, what is due and by when.
- Albums and galleries — where each album has reached, and the photos they need to choose from.
- Agreement — the terms you wrote, with a Sign button.
Signing the agreement online
The client types their name, agrees, and enters a one-time code sent to their email. Photo Sathi records the name, the email, the date and time, basic device information and a digital fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of the exact text that was signed. After signing, that text is frozen — it cannot be edited by anyone, including you. Electronic records and signatures are generally recognised in India under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Who can see what
The portal link is private and carries a long random code, so it cannot be guessed. Inside your studio, roles decide the rest: your editors and photographers see names and dates but not payments or client contact details. Each studio’s data is completely separate from every other studio on Photo Sathi.
Common questions
Does the client need an app or a password?
No. The portal opens in any phone browser through a private link. A password is needed only when the client signs the agreement, and even then it is just a one-time code sent to their email.
Can I change the schedule after sharing the link?
Yes. The link always shows the latest details, so you never have to send a corrected message again.
Is the signed agreement legally usable?
Photo Sathi records who signed, when, from what device, and a fingerprint of the exact text, and it locks the text afterwards. Electronic signatures are generally recognised under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Whether a particular agreement suits electronic signing is for you and your client to decide.
What if the client forwards the link to someone else?
Anyone with the link can see that booking's portal, so share it only with your client. You can ask us to reset a link if you think it has been shared wrongly.
Does it work in Hindi?
The Photo Sathi website is in English and Hinglish. The portal itself is in simple English that most clients in India read comfortably.
