Quotation & invoice
Quotations your client can accept on the phone
Pick a template, change the rates, send the link. The client reads it, taps Accept, and you turn it into a GST invoice in one click — with your logo, signature and payment details already on it.
Template chuno, rate badlo, link bhejo. Client phone pe dekh kar Accept kar deta hai, aur ek click me usi ka GST invoice ban jata hai — logo, signature aur payment details ke saath.
Six templates, ready to send
- Wedding package — traditional and candid photography, video, cinematic film and album, priced line by line.
- Single event — haldi, birthday, corporate or any one-day shoot.
- Pre-wedding or portfolio — shoot day, retouched photos, teaser film, outfit changes.
- Reels and short video — per-reel pricing, shoot day, hooks and captions.
- Hourly or travel shoot — for the two-hour jobs and out-of-city work.
- Album and prints — an add-on for a client you have already shot for.
Every template is only a starting point. Change any line, add your own, remove what you do not offer.
It looks like your studio, not like software
Upload your logo and a photo of your signature once in Settings, along with your address, GST number and payment details. After that every quotation and invoice carries them automatically. Your quotation numbers run in your own series — PS2026-0001, PS2026-0002 — and so do your invoices.
From quotation to invoice to receipt
Send the link. You can see when the client opened it, and they tap Accept on their phone.
One click copies everything into a GST invoice, with the client’s address and GSTIN if they need it.
Mark it paid and the same link prints as a receipt with a PAID stamp and the payment date.
GST, handled simply
Set your default GST rate once and it fills in on every quotation and invoice, with the tax shown as its own line. For business clients you can record their GSTIN on the invoice. Photography services in India are usually taxed at 18 per cent, but rates and rules change, so please confirm your own rate with your accountant.
Nothing changes behind the client’s back
Once a client accepts a quotation, its amounts are locked. The same is true for a paid invoice. If something has to change, you make a new document — the old one stays exactly as the client saw it.
Common questions
Can I send the quotation as a PDF?
Yes. You or the client can press Download / Print on the link and save it as a PDF. The link is usually easier, because it shows you when the client opened it and lets them accept with one tap.
Do I need a GST number to use this?
No. Leave the GST fields blank and the documents are made without any tax lines.
Can I put my digital signature on it?
Yes. Sign on white paper, take a photo, and upload it once in Settings. It then appears on every quotation and invoice.
What if the client asks for a change after accepting?
Make a fresh quotation. The accepted one stays frozen as a record of what was agreed, which protects both of you.
Does the client need an account to accept?
No. They open a private link, read the quotation and type their name to accept. Nothing to install and no password.
