The problem with pen drives and Google Drive
Sharing a drive folder means the client gets the full-quality files before paying, and the album list comes back as “DSC_4471, DSC_4489” typed into a WhatsApp message, usually with two numbers missing. Then someone has to match those numbers back to the photos by hand.
How Photo Sathi does it
Pick the photos on your computer. Your browser shrinks each one and stamps your studio name across it before anything is uploaded.
Send the gallery link on WhatsApp. The client taps the photos they want and presses Send.
You get the chosen list with numbers, ready for the album designer. You can reopen the gallery any time the client wants a change.
The originals never leave your computer
This is the part most studios worry about. Photo Sathi only ever uploads a small, watermarked copy — the proof. The full-resolution file is never sent anywhere, so it cannot leak from us, and your internet bill stays small even for a 2,000 photo wedding. When the payment is done, you hand over the originals your own way.
Set a limit, or don’t
If the album is for 300 photos, set the limit to 300 and the gallery will stop the client from choosing more. Leave it blank and they can pick as many as they like. Once they press Send, the selection is locked so nothing changes by accident — and you can open it again with one click if they change their mind.

Common questions
Can the client download the photos?
There is no download button, right-click saving is blocked and every proof carries your watermark. A determined person can always screenshot a screen, which is why the proofs are small and watermarked.
How many photos can I upload?
There is no fixed limit per gallery. Proofs are small, so a full wedding of 1,500 to 2,000 photos uploads comfortably.
Do I have to watermark each photo myself?
No. Your studio name is stamped on automatically while uploading. You do not need Photoshop or any plugin.
Can two people in the family choose together?
Yes. Anyone with the link can tap photos, and the choices are shared, so the couple and their parents can decide together before pressing Send.
What happens after the client sends the selection?
The gallery locks, you see the chosen photos numbered in order, and you can copy the whole list in one click for your album designer.
